Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
- Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in deal desk, pricing, finance, or sales operations roles
- Experience in staffing, SaaS, technology, or B2B services industries
- Experience in supporting complex deal structures and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong financial modeling and pricing analysis skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerBI is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Deal Structuring and Review
- Support the deal process by reviewing and structuring non-standard and complex transactions
- Provide guidance on terms, discounting, pricing, processes, and margin in alignment with company policies and goals
- Apply tools, frameworks, and strategies defined by Pricing leadership to drive value across the organization
- Provide feedback to refine and optimize pricing frameworks for efficiency and accuracy
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Systems, and other cross-functional teams
- Gather data and conduct analysis to support effective deal structuring and timely approvals
- Enforce pricing and commercial policies throughout the deal lifecycle
Pricing Analysis
- Use advanced Excel modeling to evaluate custom pricing scenarios, rebate tiering, and discounting strategies
- Analyze trends and generate insights to support pricing policy decisions
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize margin, revenue, and competitiveness across deals and business units
Process Efficiency
- Recommend process improvements to streamline deal workflows
- Support implementation of enhancements to improve turnaround time and reduce friction in pricing and approvals
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure all deals align with pricing guidelines, commercial terms, and regulatory or contractual requirements
- Support documentation and enforcement of pricing policies
Market Awareness
- Monitor industry pricing trends and competitive benchmarks
- Use market and internal data to support strategic deal positioning and decision-making
Deal Reporting and Metrics
- Track key deal desk metrics, including discount trends, deal cycle times, and pricing exceptions
- Provide insights and reports to stakeholders to support continuous improvement
Data, Tools, and System Utilization
- Use internal systems such as Salesforce, CRM, and PowerBI to support deal execution and analysis
- Facilitate data collection, insight generation, and evaluation of pricing policies
